Our Story

Richard’s career in the trade began hands-on, learning the ropes as a helper and building his skills from the ground up. Through dedication, long hours, and a strong work ethic, he advanced into pipe fitting and later into a serviceman role, where his technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities truly took shape.

As his experience grew, Richard made the decision to join the union, a milestone that marked the next chapter of his professional journey. From there, he specialized exclusively as a grocery store technician, working on complex systems that demand precision, reliability, and efficiency.
